Public Adjuster

Public Adjuster

A Public Adjuster is an insurance professional who works for a policyholder to help settle an insurance claim for property loss or damage. The public adjuster has no relationship with the insurance company and legally represents the policyholder. Public adjusters get paid a percentage of the final claim settlement. State licensed public adjusters are also legal represenatives, professionals who are intrusted by the goverment as a lawful fiduciary and who are made available to consumers under either state or federal jurisdiction to legally and professionally represent the rights of an Insured/policyholder during a business commercial, farm, or homeowner insurance claim process, and sometimes personal injury. Their technical knowledge or expertise and ability to interpet sometimes ambigous insurance policies allow property owners to recover the best possible indemnification for their claims.
